The Poli Distillerie is a grappa distillery owned by the Poli family. It was founded in 1898 in Schiavone, near Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, Italy. Today Jacopo Poli has turned grappa production into an artistic process. The production process uses the freshest grape pomace from the best winemakers in Italy. Jacopo uses an ordinary copper cube that has been used by many generations for over a century! Paying attention to the smallest detail, Jacopo has created various grappa varieties with excellent fruity aromas and unmatched elegance.

Etruscans and Greek settlers produced wine in Italy before the Romans planted their own vineyards in the 2nd century AD. The Romans greatly increased Italy's area under vine using efficient viticultural and winemaking methods, and pioneered large-scale production and storage techniques such as barrel-making and bottling.
