Our store at Elizabetes 33-13 in Riga is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00, on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00.
Our wine bar at Elizabetes 33-13 in Riga is open from 17:00 to 22:00 from Tuesday to Thursday and from 17:00 to 24:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Our customer service office and store are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Our opening hours vary with holiday periods, so if you are traveling long distances to visit our store or bar it is always worth calling ahead to double check if we are open.
You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, but during busy times it may take a little longer. If your request is urgent, you can always call us at 28007772.

We deliver goods to the address specified in the order. We have made some changes for the safety of customers and staff. All our deliveries are now “contactless”. Your order will remain at your doorstep and you will not be asked to sign it.

Our standard delivery is carried out within one working day in Riga and two days in Latvia.
Make an order before 14:00 for standard delivery of goods in Riga during the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered the next business day.
In Latvia, orders received before 14:00 will be delivered the next day, after 14:00 – one working day after the order.
We also offer a range of other custom delivery options, including same day, Saturday, evening and delayed delivery. You can find more information on our shipping page.
Our drivers are doing an excellent job of their task, but in case your order does not arrive as you expected, please contact our customer service team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We can deliver to all addresses in Latvia and practically to all addresses in Europe. If you live in a particularly exotic location, you should contact our customer service as there are some restrictions on the import of alcohol.
We use a few select delivery partners in addition to our own delivery vans so we can deliver your order wherever you are. Venipack is our main partner. Sometimes we use the services of other companies.
We can ship to most countries, however there are a few countries that we cannot export to due to alcohol import restrictions. Please contact our customer service team for a specific quote and estimate for delivery times.
Please note that all overseas orders will be re-packed in export cartons for safe transportation. We can arrange for the original boxes to be shipped from the manufacturer if specified when placing an order. Please contact customer service for full details.
Before making delivery to the specified address, our courier will contact you by phone to agree on a convenient time for you.
We will always do our best to make amendments. As soon as you know you want to make a change, please contact our customer support team and we will try to process your request. However, depending on how close your order is to completion, this may not always be possible.
We send our own vehicles to as many addresses as possible, however we cannot use our own vehicles throughout the territory of Latvia. We use the services of reliable delivery partners in areas where we cannot reach ourselves.
You can make a purchase on our website www.noblewine.lv or call our customer support and choose the option to place an order. You can also send us an email with details of what you want to purchase. If you have an account manager, you can contact them directly to place an order.
We pride ourselves on having some excellent wine consultants at Noble Wine. Just contact us and we will help you choose the most suitable wines for your needs. If you prefer to shop online, our website has great search and filtering features to help you find exactly what you need.
After you sign in to your account, you can update any of your details, including your password, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and payment details. If you cannot access your account, please contact our customer support team and we will return you access to your online account.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service. We will arrange collection of the damaged order and dispatch of a new order as soon as possible.
If you suspect your wine is spoiled, please contact our customer service. We will take care of picking up the damaged wine and sending a replacement order as soon as possible. If we no longer have a stock of identical wine, we will pay the original purchase price of the bottle ourselves. If you would like to return an item that has not yet been opened and the original packaging has been retained, please contact Customer Service to arrange a return within 3 days of delivery.

We have a wide selection of wines open for tasting in our shop and bar.
We also regularly hold tastings – both free and paid – in our store and bar.
You can purchase goods as a gift for someone else and receive it to the necessary address. We offer a variety of gift wrapping and you can add a gift message for free.
Our wines are delivered free of charge in high quality six-wine Noble Wine boxes. However, if you need additional gift wrapping, we can offer a range of options for most bottles. You can see the full range here.
Please note that our gift wrap is only for 750ml bottles in the standard Bordeaux or Burgundy shape. It will not fit, for example, some bottles of sparkling wine. Please contact customer support at +371 28007772. if you need more information.
Additionally, you can add a gift message up to 240 characters long for any order you place. You can enter your congratulatory text during the checkout process for online purchases or by sending it to our customer service representative.
In our store you can buy gift certificates for participation in an event organized by Noble Wine company, as well as on the website www.noblewine.lv. Purchased online gift certificates will be mailed (delivery may take up to three business days).

You can exchange gift certificates for wines, spirits, events and wine accessories in our store, through our mail and phone delivery service, as well as in the online store.
Events and education

You have the opportunity to rent our premises, order menus and drinks, and use the services of our experienced sommeliers. You can hold a business meeting, corporate event or celebration for friends and family. We will organize any event in accordance with your requirements and are ready to help in receiving guests.
