The Louis Moreau winery was created by a family living in Chablis since 1814. A love of fine wines led to the family acquiring the Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards at the end of the 19th century. Today, the family owns five Grand Cru plots and also grows grapes in the Premier Cru vineyards in the Petit Chablis and Chablis appellations. The most prestigious wine is Chablis Grand Cru Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos, which the Moreau clan began producing in 1904. Louis Moreau runs the winery since 1994 and produces wines of a unique style, characterized by minerality, subtlety, elegance and purity of taste.

Fresh chardonnay shows bright fruity profile and strong body.
