At the final lecture of the wine school, we will touch upon the gastronomic theme of combining wine with food. This is undoubtedly one of the most important questions in the study of wine culture. It is very important to understand the basic principles when choosing dishes, the rules for serving wine and how you should not do it, so as not to harm the subtleties of the drink. In this hands-on lab, using four different styles of wines, we demonstrate how the ingredients in a dish and sauce affect the taste of a wine, and vice versa. We will also mark the “enemies” of wine among the products and share the win-win ideas of gastronomic couples. After this lecture, enjoying wine will become even more delicious!
