      Kikusakari Sake Junmai Daiginjo is a dry sake crafted from carefully polished premium sake rice in the renowned Ibaraki Prefecture of Japan. Produced without the addition of distilled alcohol, this Junmai Daiginjo reflects the unique teruārs of the region, where pure water sources and precise brewing techniques create exceptional depth and refinement.       Tasting notes

      The nose opens with refined aromas of pear, white peach, melon, and subtle hints of jasmine and steamed rice.
