The 2025 vintage highlights purity of fruit and balanced structure, resulting in a refreshing and expressive wine.
      Tasting notes

      Pale straw color. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and subtle white pepper. On the palate it is fresh, crisp, and mineral-driven, with lively acidity and a lightly spicy finish.

      Pairing

      Excellent with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, asparagus, sushi, and traditional Austrian dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel.
