Shirataki Sake Junmai Jozen Sparkling is a semi-dry sparkling sake crafted from premium Yamada Nishiki rice in the scenic Niigata region of Japan. This elegant, naturally effervescent sake showcases a delicate pale straw color, reflecting its refined production and attention to traditional brewing techniques.

Tasting notes
