      The Pertois-Lebrun Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs "Derrière le Mont Aigu" is an extraordinary single-vineyard Champagne that highlights the elegance and intensity of Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the most iconic terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Crafted from a single plot named Derrière le Mont Aigu, this wine is the epitome of precision and finesse. With its extra-brut dosage, the cuvée reveals the unadulterated expression of its terroir—pure chalky minerality, vibrant acidity, and a crystalline structure. This Champagne is a masterpiece for connoisseurs, offering a deeply terroir-driven experience that combines richness, energy, and elegance.

      The Pertois-Lebrun “Derrière le Mont Aigu” opens with a refined bouquet of lemon zest, crisp green apple, and pear, interwoven with white floral notes of acacia and hints of wet stone.
