Champagne Palmer & Co, founded in 1947 and based in Reims, is renowned for its premium and exclusive Champagnes, cultivated from over 200 hectares of vineyards classified as Grand and Premier Crus in the Montagne de Reims area. The House is notable for its blend of tradition and innovation, employing deep chalky galleries for maturing its wines, which remain in contact with the lees for extended periods to enhance complexity and flavor. Palmer & Co was originally established by seven grower-families, unified by their pursuit of excellence and a vision to create a Champagne house that embodies passion for harmony and balance. Over the decades, it has become distinguished for its classic cuvées and a unique approach to winemaking, including the adoption of the Solera system for certain blends, a testament to its commitment to achieving harmony in its wines. Tasting notes
On the nose – candied citrus peel, browned butter, toasted hazelnuts, dried white flowers, and a touch of saline minerality. On the palate – creamy yet fresh, with mature notes of honey, brioche, biscuit, and beeswax. The finish is silky, long, and complex, with an ultra-fine mousse and lingering elegance.
Pairing
Perfect with luxurious dishes such as lobster with beurre blanc, creamy white fish, or Foie Gras. Also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses like Comté or Gruyère – or enjoyed on its own as a meditative, celebratory experience.

Blanc de Blancs is a white champagne made only from white grapes, mainly Chardonnay. Champagne style can vary from light and crisp wines to creamy and rich examples.
Champagne
The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
