Palmer & Co "Collection" 1985 Blanc de Blancs is a rare, vintage Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay, representing the purity of variety and the nobility of time. Part of Palmer’s prestigious Collection series, this wine has rested for decades in cellars, revealing a deep, complex evolution. The 1985 vintage was exceptional – warm and dry, producing perfectly ripened grapes with remarkable aging potential.
On the nose – candied citrus peel, browned butter, toasted hazelnuts, dried white flowers, and a touch of saline minerality. On the palate – creamy yet fresh, with mature notes of honey, brioche, biscuit, and beeswax. The finish is silky, long, and complex, with an ultra-fine mousse and lingering elegance.
