Oddbird GSM is a dry red non-alco wine, crafted in the Saint-Chinian region of southern France. It is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, drawn from vineyards in the foothills of Languedoc. This vegan-friendly wine combines rustic terroir character with careful dealcoholisation so as to preserve flavor, tannin structure, acidity and complexity.

On the nose, you’ll find a rich bouquet of red and black fruits—blackberry, cherry and dark berry compote—along with earthy tones, herbs and a touch of baking spice. The finish is clean and dry with supple tannins that linger, offering a satisfying balance of fruit, earth and structure.
