St. Antony Infinitea Black Tea is a luxurious, semi-dry black tea that offers a sophisticated alternative to traditional wines. Sourced from the renowned tea estates of Assam, India, it boasts a rich flavor profile with hints of malt and a subtle sweetness, though it is not overly sweet. This tea is known for its robust, full-bodied character, making it a standout choice for tea enthusiasts seeking depth and complexity.

The St. Antony winery has officially existed since 1920, the first vintage produced was the 1918. The name St. Antony, which the winery received in the 1980s, goes back to the St. Antony ironworks, the first ironworks in the Ruhr area. The winery was founded by the "Guten Hoffnungshütte" in Nierstein. Since 1990, St. Antony has been a member of the Association of Prädikat Wine Estates, and since 2006, they have been working here in a certified organic manner. Since 2018, St. Antony has been Demeter-certified.

On the palate, St. Antony Infinitea Black Tea reveals a blend of bold, malty notes with undertones of dried fruit and a touch of honey, culminating in a smooth, lingering finish. The tea’s rich flavor is complemented by a slight astringency, enhancing its overall depth. Its well-balanced profile makes it both invigorating and soothing.

For food pairing, this black tea goes exceptionally well with hearty dishes such as spiced roasted meats or savory cheeses. Its robust flavor also complements rich desserts like dark chocolate torte or fruitcake.
