      The Nowack Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs "Autre Cru" is an artisanal grower Champagne that offers a bold, terroir-driven expression of Pinot Noir and Meunier. As a Blanc de Noirs, it is crafted exclusively from black-skinned grapes, delivering a Champagne with richness, depth, and structure while retaining a stunning vibrancy. "Autre Cru" is a playful nod to Nowack’s philosophy of defying convention, showcasing lesser-known vineyards and unique micro-parcels in the Vallée de la Marne. Bottled with a minimal dosage, this extra-brut cuvée allows the purity of its fruit and the minerality of its chalky soils to take center stage, offering a wine that is both complex and refreshingly precise.
