Kiuchi Sake Junmai Awashizuku Sparkling is a semi-dry sparkling sake crafted in the Ibaraki region of Japan. Made exclusively from carefully polished rice and pristine spring water, this artisanal sake reflects the delicate terroir of its origin while offering a refined, elegant effervescence.

Tasting notes

On the nose, it reveals gentle aromas of green apple, white peach, and delicate rice blossoms. The palate is light and creamy, with flavors of pear, melon, and subtle hints of toasted rice, culminating in a refreshing, slightly sweet finish.
