Kiuchi Sake Junmai Awashizuku Sparkling is a semi-dry sparkling sake crafted in the Ibaraki region of Japan. Made exclusively from carefully polished rice and pristine spring water, this artisanal sake reflects the delicate terroir of its origin while offering a refined, elegant effervescence.

Tasting notes
