      The Bonnet-Ponson Extra-Brut Rosé "Jules Bonnet" is a celebration of Champagne’s artistry, offering a rosé that is both expressive and refined. Crafted with a meticulous blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée pays homage to the house’s founder, Jules Bonnet. Its low dosage (extra-brut) highlights the wine’s purity and terroir-driven character, allowing the minerality and delicate fruit notes to shine. With its radiant pink hue, fine mousse, and vibrant energy, this rosé Champagne is perfect for both special occasions and elevating everyday moments.

      The nose is an alluring medley of wild strawberries, red currants, and raspberries, with subtle layers of rose petals, orange zest, and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, this Champagne reveals a vibrant and lively structure, with delicate red fruit flavors enhanced by hints of pomegranate and a whisper of white pepper.
