      Tasting notes

      Deep violet with inky reflections. Aromas of blackberry, plum, violet, cocoa, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with ripe dark fruit, fine-grained tannins, mineral tension, and hints of dark chocolate and toasted oak. The finish is long, smooth, and balanced.

      Pairing

      Excellent with grilled steak, lamb, slow-cooked beef, smoky barbecue dishes, and aged hard cheeses. A natural companion to Argentine cuisine.
