      A dry white wine made from 100% Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) grown in the Rheinhessen region. Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit purity. Style — White – Fresh and Elegant. Characterised by a balance of fruit and minerality, light structure, and excellent food compatibility.
      Tasting notes

      Pale straw-yellow with greenish hues. The nose offers fresh green apple, pear, white flowers, and citrus zest. On the palate, crisp and lively with white peach, lemon, subtle minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish.

      Pairing

      Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, light pasta with lemon sauce, goat cheese, or fresh salads. Also works beautifully as an aperitif.
