      About
      A dry white wine from Rheinhessen made from 100% Riesling sourced from the Molsheim vineyard block. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and terroir expression. Style — White – Mineral and Refreshing: balanced, elegant and mineral-driven, with great drinking potential over the next 2–4 years.
      Tasting notes

      Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose reveals citrus zest (lime, lemon peel), green apple, a touch of minerality, floral aromas (jasmine) and gentle orchard fruit (peach). On the palate it is dry to off-dry, with vibrant acidity, a mineral core and a long clean finish where citrus and minerality merge harmoniously.

      Pairing

      Pairs beautifully with light seafood (e.g., steamed fish, shellfish), fresh salads, spicy Asian cuisine, and minimalist chicken dishes or white meat terrine.
