      Ram Paddock 2015 is a bold and refined red blend from Waipara West, situated in New Zealand’s Waipara Valley – a region known for its expressive, cool-climate wines. Typically composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, this wine channels a Bordeaux-style profile with New World vibrancy. The 2015 vintage is beautifully matured, offering structure, complexity, and harmony.
      Tasting notes

      Aromas of blackberry, ripe cherry, licorice, toasted oak, earth, and subtle tobacco. On the palate – rich yet balanced, with smooth tannins, fresh acidity, and a layered structure. The finish is long and spiced, with lingering dark fruit and mineral notes.
