      Shirataki Sake Junmai Daiginjo "Jozen Blue" is a semi-dry sake made from premium sake rice, primarily Gohyakumangoku, sourced from the Niigata prefecture in Japan. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is known for its high level of rice polishing, which enhances its purity and delicate flavors, and reflects the meticulous brewing techniques of Shirataki Sake Brewery.
