Tasting notes
Amber color. Aromas of baked apple, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and gentle spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with flavors of ripe apple, honey, and toasted oak. The finish is long, warm, and elegant.
Pairing
Best enjoyed as a digestif. Pairs well with apple desserts, caramel sweets, dark chocolate, nut-based desserts, and aged cheeses.
