Sommelier recommends
“The nose reveals aromas of orange peel, dried peach, beeswax, and wild meadow flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh, dry, and round, with vibrant acidity and notes of ripe peach. The finish is long and refreshing.” — Ronalds Pētersons, Sommelier at Noble Wine5 in stock

Radikon “Oslavje” reveals a complex bouquet of dried apricot, orange peel, and wildflowers, intertwined with notes of nuts, honey, and spice. On the palate, it offers a rich, textured experience with firm tannins, vibrant acidity, and layers of flavour, including ripe stone fruit, herbal nuances, and subtle earthy notes, leading to a long, intriguing finish. The wine is celebrated for its complexity, depth, and distinctive character, shaped by extended skin maceration and a natural approach to winemaking.
Pairs beautifully with a variety of hearty dishes, including roast pork, game, and aged cheeses, where its tannic structure and complexity can stand up to and enhance bold flavours.
