Pertois-Lebrun “Mont de Craie N17” Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs
Sommelier recommends
“The nose is intense, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine reveals notes of almond, brioche, and wet stone.” — Ronalds Pētersons, Sommelier at Noble Wine2 in stock
Pertois-Lebrun Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs "Mont de Craie N17" is a dry champagne crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the prestigious Côte des Blancs in the Champagne region of France. Produced from a single vintage and expressing a distinct terroir, this Extra-Brut cuvée reflects the elegance and precision of grower Champagne. Its refined bubbles and pale golden hue embody the purity and minerality typical of the chalk-rich slopes from which it originates.
The bouquet opens with delicate aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, green apple, and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it delivers crisp citrus, pear, and hints of almond, supported by a fine chalky minerality. The finish is long, vibrant, and saline, leaving a lingering impression of finesse and freshness.
This champagne is a superb match for oysters, scallops, and sushi. It also pairs beautifully with delicate white fish dishes or a simple goat cheese tart.
