It is crafted using the classic Champagne grape varieties: a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a modest dosage (Extra-Brut), allowing the character of the terroir to shine through.

      Tasting notes

      On the nose, this Champagne reveals a refined bouquet of wild berries, subtle red fruit, and hints of chalky minerality — with touches of fresh citrus and a faint floral undercurrent. On the palate, it offers a clean and fresh attack, followed by elegant, creamy effervescence and a lively lemon-y acidity.
