A Grand Cru vintage Champagne from Palmer & Co, based in Reims, Champagne, France, crafted from approximately 50 % Chardonnay and 50 % Pinot Noir from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Aged for 32 years on lees in deep chalk cellars, this “Collection” cuvée delivers profound minerality, layered aromatic complexity, and exceptional longevity—carefully curated for long cellaring and distinguished expression.

Palmer & Co was originally established by seven grower-families, unified by their pursuit of excellence and a vision to create a Champagne house that embodies passion for harmony and balance. Tasting notes
Pale gold with vibrant, fine mousse. On the nose — dried pineapple, apricot, custard, hazelnut, honey, with nuances of chocolate, mushroom, and cigar. On the palate — surprisingly fresh and invigorating, delicate yet richly complex, with spicy and earthy nuances, and a long elegant finish.
Pairing
Excellent with shellfish, lobster, rich fish dishes, or as a contemplative “meditation” wine.

Champagne
The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
