Masumi Sake Honjozo "Tokusen" is a dry sake made from a blend of premium sake rice varieties, primarily Miyama Nishiki, sourced from the Nagano prefecture in Japan. This sake is crafted using traditional Honjozo brewing techniques, which include the addition of a small amount of distilled alcohol to enhance flavor and aroma.
