      About
      Louis Roederer Collection 246 is a modern evolution of the house’s non-vintage Brut, replacing the classic “Brut Premier.” Built on the foundation of the 2018 harvest, it is blended with a dynamic “réserve perpétuelle” and oak-aged reserve wines to create a Champagne of depth, freshness, and texture. Collection 246 represents a thoughtful, terroir-focused response to changing climate and shifting palates.
      Tasting notes

      Notes of orchard fruits, lemon zest, almond, and subtle brioche on the nose. The palate is vibrant and textured, with a creamy mousse, layered fruit, and fine minerality. Balanced and expressive, with delicate bubbles and a refreshing, dry finish.

      Pairing

      Excellent as an aperitif or paired with food—especially oysters, sushi, white fish, or grilled chicken with lemon. Its freshness and texture make it a versatile match for both light and moderately rich dishes.

      The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine.
