Les Monts Fournois "Côte Avize De Luxe" Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs NV is an Extra-Brut Grower Champagne crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of Avize in the Côte des Blancs. Produced using the traditional method and aged extensively on the lees, it delivers exceptional precision, a creamy texture, and the distinctive chalky minerality that defines the Avize terroir.

The nose reveals aromas of lemon zest, lime, green apple, and white blossom, complemented by notes of fresh brioche, almond, and chalky minerality. On the palate, the Champagne is remarkably fresh, precise, and elegantly structured, with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, a creamy texture, and a long, saline mineral finish.

An outstanding match for oysters, caviar, seafood, lobster, sashimi, white fish, and fresh goat’s cheese. Equally exceptional as a refined aperitif.

Blanc de Blancs is a white champagne made only from white grapes, mainly Chardonnay. Champagne style can vary from light and crisp wines to creamy and rich examples.
The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
