The vineyards are planted on Alpine slopes at varying elevations, where significant day-to-night temperature shifts preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and vibrant minerality. The 2025 vintage delivers pure fruit expression, crisp acidity, and remarkable balance. This Sauvignon Blanc beautifully reflects the elegance, precision, and distinctive mountain terroir of Alto Adige.
