Kurtatsch Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC 2025 is an elegant and expressive white wine from South Tyrol, crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are planted on Alpine slopes at varying elevations, where significant day-to-night temperature shifts preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and vibrant minerality. The 2025 vintage delivers pure fruit expression, crisp acidity, and remarkable balance. This Sauvignon Blanc beautifully reflects the elegance, precision, and distinctive mountain terroir of Alto Adige.

The bouquet reveals lime, lemon zest, gooseberry, and passion fruit aromas layered with elderflower, freshly cut grass, and subtle mineral notes. Fresh, juicy, and elegantly structured on the palate, the wine displays lively acidity, vibrant fruit, and a long mineral finish.

Perfect with oysters, seafood, grilled white fish, asparagus, goat cheese, sushi, and light salads. The wine’s freshness and aromatic intensity make it an excellent companion to refined, light cuisine.

Kellerei Kurtatsch is one of South Tyrol’s most respected cooperative wineries, founded in 1900. Located in the foothills of the Alps, the winery is known for its terroir-focused philosophy, sustainable viticulture, and high-quality products. Kurtatsch combines traditional South Tyrolean winemaking knowledge with modern techniques, crafting elegant and authentic wines and beverages that reflect the freshness and mountain character of the region.

Sauvignon Blanc is a white-wine grape from western France, now successfully grown in emerging and established wine regions all over the world. The variety produces lightly colored, aromatic dry white wines with fresh acidity. Synonyms: Fumé Blanc, Sauvignon Bianco, Muskat-Silvaner, Muskat-Sylvaner.
Trentino/Alto Adidge
This is one of the few wine regions of Italy that is landlocked. Schiava is considered to be the most famous red variety that produces light wines. More complex wines are produced from Lagrein grapes. Teroldego Rotaliano is one of the finest Italian wines - dense, purple, soft, leaving a pleasant berry flavor in the mouth.
