Domaine des Perdrix, located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, is part of the Devillard family estates and is known for its meticulous vineyard management and minimal-intervention winemaking. Pinot Noir has very aromatic profile, very fresh acidity and low level of quaite soft tannins.
