“The nose is intense, with aromas of citrus, passion fruit, and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, revealing nuances of wet stone, meadow flowers, and vanilla. The finish is long and elegant.” — Ronalds Pētersons, Sommelier at Noble Wine3 in stock
Wine Searcher review
A dry white wine from Savennières AOC (Loire Valley, France), made from 100% Chenin Blanc. Grapes are grown on schist and sandstone soils, imparting intense minerality and long ageing potential. Fermented and partially aged in oak barrels to balance fruit freshness with structure. Style — White – Savory and Classic.
Pale gold colour. Aromas of pear, quince, citrus, honey, white flowers, and chamomile, with a distinctive smoky minerality. On the palate — dry, with rich fruit and mineral structure, crisp acidity, and a subtle nutty note. Long, fresh, and elegant finish.
Perfect with grilled seafood, roast pike-perch, goat cheese, or chicken and quail dishes with creamy sauces.
