Domaine de la Pépière "Château-Thébaud" Muscadet is an exquisite dry white wine, made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, carefully selected from the Château-Thébaud commune, one of the esteemed crus within the Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine appellation in the Loire Valley, France. On the very border of Brittany, in the village of Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, there is the Domaine de la Pépière winery. Mark, who grew up in the village of La Pepierre, created the winery in 1984. The name La Pépierre comes from the French word "pépie" (thirst). Walking over the village, on the slopes where the grapes grow, it is easy to understand the origin of the name. Over the years of development, the winery "Domaine de la Pépière" acquired new sites, closely monitored the quality and age of the vines, as well as the originality of their terroirs.
