Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus blossom, and subtle herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and textured, with bright acidity, hints of pear and lemon zest, and a clean, saline finish. Balanced, expressive, and highly drinkable.
Pairing
Perfect with grilled seafood, octopus, white fish, shellfish, or light pasta dishes. Its freshness and minerality also make it an excellent aperitif wine.
