      “Val do Galir” 2025 is a vibrant and elegant expression of Godello, one of Spain’s most exciting white grape varieties. Grown in the rugged vineyards of Valdeorras, Galicia, this wine reflects the region’s cool climate, slate-rich soils, and Atlantic influence. The 2025 vintage delivers freshness, aromatic precision, and a refined mineral backbone — a modern yet authentic Spanish white.
      Tasting notes

      Pale straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus blossom, and subtle herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and textured, with bright acidity, hints of pear and lemon zest, and a clean, saline finish. Balanced, expressive, and highly drinkable.

      Pairing

      Perfect with grilled seafood, octopus, white fish, shellfish, or light pasta dishes. Its freshness and minerality also make it an excellent aperitif wine.
