Wine Searcher review
This elegant Pinot Noir comes from Marsannay, the northern gateway of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. Named after Marie Ragonneau, wife of Charles Audoin, this cuvée represents a refined, expressive style of red Burgundy. The 2023 vintage shows great freshness and precision, with a focus on purity of fruit and terroir transparency.
Brilliant ruby in the glass, with delicate aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and wild strawberry, lifted by notes of rose petal, light spice, and a touch of earth. On the palate, it’s vibrant and silky, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a mineral-laced finish. A charming, youthful Burgundy with finesse and energy.
Ideal with roast poultry, duck breast, mushroom risotto, or grilled salmon. Its freshness and delicate structure make it versatile with both meat and vegetable dishes.
