      Castell'in Villa "Santacroce" 2009 is a dry red wine, crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, sourced from the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany, Italy.       Castell'in Villa is a wine estate in Tuscany. It produces the wonderful Castell'in Villa Chianti Classico and Riserva, the Supertuscan Santacroce and the characteristic Tuscany Vin Santo, as well as extra vergine extra virgin olive oil. The estate owns 298 hectares of land, 54 of which are allotted for vines, and 32 hectares of olive groves. Part of the estate is covered with forests, where hares, pheasants and wild boars are hunted.

      Castell’in Villa “Santacroce” 2009 reveal an aromatic bouquet of dark cherries, blackcurrants, and plums, complemented by hints of tobacco, leather, and a touch of spice.
