Boatyard “Old Tom” Gin is a modern interpretation of the classic Old Tom style – traditionally slightly sweeter than London Dry – expressed here with finesse and balance. Crafted in Northern Ireland using high-quality organic ingredients and pure local water, this gin combines tradition with precise distillation. Tasting notes
