The smooth texture of this rillettes comes from cooked and shredded pollock fillets, combined with extra virgin olive oil. The fine, iodised flavour of the fish is elevated by seaweed flakes, mustard seeds, and browned smoked onions. A touch of lemon zest adds freshness, while Sichuan berries bring a delicate, fruity and floral note for a refined finish. Easy to spread on toast or bread, this rillettes is well suited for an aperitif or a spontaneous snack.
