Tasting notes

Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose reveals citrus zest (lime, lemon peel), green apple, a touch of minerality, floral aromas (jasmine) and gentle orchard fruit (peach). On the palate it is dry to off-dry, with vibrant acidity, a mineral core and a long clean finish where citrus and minerality merge harmoniously.
