      Weingut Eichinger “Strass” Grüner Veltliner 2025 is a vibrant and elegant white wine from the Kamptal region of Austria. The grapes come from vineyards around Strass, where cool climate conditions and mineral soils provide freshness, precision, and the signature spicy character of Grüner Veltliner. The 2025 vintage highlights purity of fruit and balanced structure, resulting in a refreshing and expressive wine.
      Tasting notes

      Pale straw color. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and subtle white pepper. On the palate it is fresh, crisp, and mineral-driven, with lively acidity and a lightly spicy finish.

      Pairing

      Excellent with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, asparagus, sushi, and traditional Austrian dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel.
