      Tyrrell's HVD Semillon 2018 is a dry white wine crafted exclusively from Semillon grapes, sourced from the historic HVD vineyard in Australia's renowned Hunter Valley region. The 2018 vintage benefited from dry, warm conditions, resulting in wines of great concentration and length of flavor.
      Tasting notes

      This Semillon presents a lifted, generous floral aromatic profile, with the palate showcasing vibrant, mouth-filling citrus fruit, typical of the vineyard. It is complemented by fine-boned acidity and an almost chalky finish.

      Pairing

      The bright acidity and citrus notes of this Semillon make it an excellent match for grilled prawns or white fish. Additionally, it pairs well with fresh goat’s cheese, where the wine’s zesty character balances the creaminess of the cheese.
