      Shirataki Sake Junmai Daiginjo "Jozen Blue" is a semi-dry sake made from premium sake rice, primarily Gohyakumangoku, sourced from the Niigata prefecture in Japan. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is known for its high level of rice polishing, which enhances its purity and delicate flavors, and reflects the meticulous brewing techniques of Shirataki Sake Brewery. "Jozen Blue" is celebrated for its refined and elegant profile, showcasing the pristine water and ideal rice-growing conditions of Niigata.

      Shirataki Sake Junmai Daiginjo “Jozen Blue” reveal a delicate bouquet of white peach, apple, and melon, complemented by floral notes of jasmine and a touch of minerality.
