This salami is made from the prized Chianina breed of cattle, one of the oldest and most renowned in Tuscany, blended with selected pork for balance. It has a refined flavour, leaner and slightly sweeter than traditional salami, with a tender texture that highlights the character of the Chianina meat. Best enjoyed with a glass of Brunello di Montalcino or a bold Sangiovese, which underline its noble taste. The 400g packaging offers a rustic, artisanal presentation, paying homage to Tuscany’s centuries-old meat-curing traditions.
