Prieler “Rose vom Stein” Blaufrankisch 2025
Sommelier recommends
"Aromātā jūtamas svaigu aveņu, melleņu, piparu un ķiršu notis. Garšā vīns ir intensīvs, sulīgs un augļains. Tanīni ir aktīvi, pēcgarša ir ilga." — Ronalds Pētersons, "Noble Wine" someljē24 in stock
Prieler “Rosé vom Stein” Blaufränkisch 2025 is an elegant dry rosé from Burgenland, Austria, crafted from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes. The vineyards are located in the Leithaberg area on limestone and slate soils, giving the wine vibrant minerality, freshness, and remarkable precision. The 2025 vintage offers pure fruit expression, crisp acidity, and excellent balance. A short period of skin contact gives the wine its delicate pink colour and refined aromatic profile, making it a classic expression of premium Austrian rosé.
The bouquet reveals wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and pink grapefruit aromas layered with white flowers, pomegranate, and subtle mineral notes. Dry, juicy, and elegantly structured on the palate, the wine displays lively acidity, crisp red fruit, and a long, refreshing finish.
Perfect with grilled prawns, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi, roast chicken, vegetable dishes, and fresh goat cheese. Its freshness and minerality make it an excellent aperitif and a versatile companion to light summer cuisine.
