These dark chocolate truffles are filled with a delicate fireweed tea cream that brings subtle meadow aromas and a balanced sweet-and-tangy character. The vibrant green filling makes the truffles visually striking while highlighting their unique botanical ingredient. The fireweed leaves are carefully hand-picked in the meadows of Madona, while the truffles are crafted by Pure Chocolate in Pūre, bringing together the expertise of two Latvian producers.
