A dry sparkling white wine (Champagne) from Champagne AOC, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru terroir in the Côte des Blancs. Extra-Brut style with very low sugar, crafted to highlight pure fruit and minerality. Produced by the traditional method (méthode champenoise) with extended lees ageing (over 6 years). Style — Sparkling – Complex and Traditional.
Tasting notes
Pale gold colour with ultra-fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, fresh green apple, creamy brioche, and a touch of mineral salinity. On the palate — strikingly fresh and linear, with crisp acidity, stone fruit notes, and a long, clean, mineral-driven finish.
Pairing
Perfect with oysters, clams, sashimi, goat cheese, or delicate citrus-based fish dishes.

Blanc de Blancs
Blanc de Blancs is a white champagne made only from white grapes, mainly Chardonnay. Champagne style can vary from light and crisp wines to creamy and rich examples.
Champagne
The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
