      The Pertois-Lebrun Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs "Le Fond du Bateau" is a stunning single-parcel Champagne that captures the essence of its terroir with precision and elegance. Crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs comes from a single vineyard, Le Fond du Bateau, located in the village of Cramant, one of the most esteemed Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. With its extra-brut dosage, the wine focuses on purity, minerality, and finesse, reflecting the chalky soils and the skill of the artisan growers behind it. This Champagne is both a celebration of Cramant’s unique terroir and a masterpiece for lovers of precise, terroir-driven wines.
      Tasting notes

      On the nose, the Pertois-Lebrun “Le Fond du Bateau” reveals an enticing bouquet of Meyer lemon, white peach, and crisp green apple, complemented by delicate floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn. Subtle hints of freshly baked bread, almond cream, and a whisper of flinty minerality add complexity. On the palate, the wine is strikingly fresh and precise, with flavors of citrus zest, yellow plum, and chalky salinity.
