Masumi “Kuro” Black Junmai Ginjo is a refined and modern sake that embodies the crisp purity and depth of Nagano’s mountain terroir. Crafted with premium rice and pristine spring water, this elegant sake from the renowned Masumi series delivers balance, silkiness, and a clean, dry finish. “Kuro” (“Black”) stands for elegance, depth, and unwavering quality.

Tasting notes
