This dry red wine from Saint‑Estèphe AOC (Bordeaux, France) is composed of approximately 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Fermented in controlled conditions and aged in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby with garnet highlights. On the nose, red fruit aromas—cherry and currant—combined with earthy spice, pepper, and a hint of smokiness. The palate is medium-bodied, smooth and polished, with soft tannins and a clean, accessible finish.

Pairing

Pairs excellently with grilled or braised beef, game meats, venison steak, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

Bordeaux wines can be described as big, complex and with a strong character, but very friendly at the same time so that each and every wine lover could find something tasty and suitable for a great wine night.
