About
A dry white wine from Domaine des Terres Blanches, AOP Picpoul de Pinet (Languedoc, France), made from 100 % Piquepoul Blanc. Grown on clay-limestone soils, ideal for this noble, late-ripening grape. Harvested late with night picking, cold maceration, low-temperature fermentation, and lees aging. Offers a complex fruit profile, balanced acidity, and strong gastronomic potential.
Tasting notes
Clear golden color. Aromas of citrus and white fruit (apple, pear) with a bright mineral undertone. On the palate — full-bodied yet with excellent acidity and a pleasant “fat” texture; citrus and hints of underripe peach combine with a refreshing, slightly saline finish.
Pairing
Perfect with oysters, light fish dishes, poultry, or as a refined aperitif. Well-suited for fine dining and gastronomic experiences.

Languedoc
Languedoc-Roussillon is a major wine producing region in the south of France formed by two independent areas - the French Languedoc and the Spanish Roussillon. The climate here can be described as Mediterranean, because the winters are cool, but the summers - hot and dry. The region produces different wines but it is most famous for the excellent Carignan, Grenache, Mourvedre, Merlot Cabernet and Sauvignon red table wines. They are simple, tasty and have a friendly price so anyone could enjoy them in everyday life without expecting a special occasion.
